Event Rental

Hayward Curling Club is available for rent for your special events such as graduation parties, reunions, corporate events, etc…

We charge $100 for up to 4 hours rental, and an additional $25 per hour after that. Cleaning fees and deposits are also necessary. A sample contract is available below.

Food may be catered in. The kitchen is closed. Use of the volleyball courts, picnic area, are included.

Unfortunately, due to WI state law effective January 1, 2026, we cannot allow alcohol carry ins (also known as BYOB). See Fact Sheets https://www.revenue.wi.gov/DOR%20Publications/3105AlcoholBeverageCarry-Ins.pdf. You may inquire about having a HCC approved licensed bartender.

Any interested party must have a curling club member sponsor the rental. If you don’t know a curling club member, reach out to us, and we will attempt to arrange a time to meet with a board member.

We provide a custom door code. There are security cameras on premises that do record activity.
