Please use this form to register in advance, or on the same day, of a Learn to Curl Session. Learn to Curl dates and times are subject to change. We will communicate with you via email of any changes due to weather, etc…

Hayward Curling Club Members do not need to pay for a Learn to Curl Registration.

Your registration is used to complete a One Day USA Curling Membership (Required for liability). We complete this on your behalf. USA Curling may follow up with you. You will receive an email “receipt” for your One Day Membership, but we pay this on your behalf, included in our registration cost.

Adult Waiver

Liability Waiver and USA Curling One-Day Membership Agreement

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in exchange for being allowed to participate in activities during a curling event at a USA Curling Member Club.

1. I understand that curling is a physical activity that involves potential risks and hazards, including but not limited to slipping, falling, collisions with other participants, equipment malfunction, and injury from the use of curling stones and brooms.

2. I acknowledge that I am participating in curling activities at my own risk and that the USA Curling Member Club where I participate, its owners, employees, representatives, and USA Curling, are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my participation.

3. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the USA Curling Member Club staff and to use equipment properly and responsibly.

4. I understand that the USA Curling Member Club or USA Curling are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

5. I release and waive any and all claims, liabilities, and damages against the USA Curling Member Club where I participate, its owners, employees, representatives, and USA Curling, arising from my participation in curling activities.

6. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the USA Curling Member Club where I participate, its owners, employees, representatives, and USA Curling, from any claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise as a result of my actions or negligence during my participation in curling activities.

7. I understand that this waiver is a legally binding document and that by signing it, I am giving up certain legal rights.
