Rice Lake Social League

Our friends at Rice Lake Curling Club will be hosting a Friday Social League. This is a great chance for Hayward curlers to try some real ice, without the commitment of a weekly drive for a league. While our focus and attention is on building a club here in Hayward, we also want to promote the sport, and getting on real ice gets people excited! We already have several interested members for this. Please send us a message or an email if you want to commit to a team.

Here are the details:

Game Format – Games will be 6 ends – short, fun, and perfect for a Friday night.

Teams – Teams must include at least one male and one female.

Food – Each week we’ll have a potluck. Bring a dish to share – the more variety, the better!

Schedule

If 8 teams or fewer register:

All games start at 6:00 PM, followed by the potluck.

If more than 8 teams (max of 16) register:

Two shifts of games:

First shift: 5:30 PM

Second shift: 7:30 PM

Note: If you’re in the second shift, come by at 6:00 so you can still enjoy the potluck before your game.
